Our investors enjoy an easy experience. We simplify the tasks of making a great real estate deal. We have a nation wide group of Deal Finders that feed us quality real estate from single family residential to apartment complexes. We also have many great deals on commercial properties. Our experienced team can also target areas upon request.
We require a minimum purchase guarantee with a retainer for targeted services.

Our Real Estate Investor Services
Deal Finder
With deal finder you get the first pick of the best properties we have. When a new property is found we review all of the important details and put them in one place for you.
As a member of our Real Estate Investor Network you will receive 72 hour preference when we list a new property. What this means is that we will offer you the ability to receive our detailed report on the property via email, online or both. You will then be able to submit a sealed bid on the property. The investor with the highest offer will then be able to purchase said property. Cash deals will always be considered first.
These properties will be offered to the general public or investors not in our Investor network if a firm deal can not be made with any of our investors after 72 hours.
Deal Finder is a free service to qualified investors we only collect a reasonable Fee for finding the property, paid only when the property goes to close. To start the qualification process Start Here
REO Finder
We have multiple avenues to find great bulk packages. We do not deal with bulk packages over 10M, although if you can prove your funds we do have legitimate clearinghouse contacts that we will connect you directly with. Our packages our accumulated bank, builder or investor owned properties that can be purchased at pennies on the dollar. Most of these packages are going to be in the 10 to 20 houses range. These are in most cases very targeted packages that are specific at very minimum to state, many times by zip code.
Fees for this service are charged at closing and are negotiated on a case by case.
Targeted Deals
Wayne Money Companies Inc. offer our investors targeted real estate finder service.
There are fees involved when using our targeted services. We will set up a team that will find you the deals that you are looking for specifically. Many of our investors choose to use this service when they need to spend their 1031 money and the need properties in a certain state or zip code. Sales Services
Since we have a large network of world wide investors from the small one man show to huge corporations and hedge funds, We have the ability to get your property sold fast. If you need to sell a property to free up cash we can help. Our Flat FEE service allows you to post your properties to our investor network. The Flat FEE for this service is $199. Fee includes setup and posting to investor network, receiving and reviewing offers on said property.
Bulk packages have an additional charge contact us for pricing on bulk packages.
Joint Venture
If you are a seasoned investor or have no clue about real estate this may be the option for you. We are always looking for money. Deals come and go on a daily basis and cash flow is key. We have multiple options when it comes to joint ventures to many to list here.
